A 200-hour, Yoga Alliance–certified teacher training built on the nervous system: 25 days of full immersion where the jungle meets the sea at ViYarte, Playa Marsella. You will teach from day one, and leave with far more than a certificate.
Why this training is different
The Pure Living Method is a nervous-system-based approach to yoga education. Instead of memorizing sequences, you learn how breath, movement, and attention actually shape a human body and brain, then you learn to guide others from that felt understanding. You will not just study the material. You will feel it.
Your voice, your presence, and your confidence are trained daily, not saved for a nervous final exam.
Functional anatomy, brain science, and flexibility research woven together with philosophy, pranayama, and ceremony.
Shadow work, meditation, and emotional development, because who you are walks into the room before what you know.
The Curriculum
Open the streams that call to you. Together they form the complete 200-hour Pure Living Method: the exam is life, and the practice is daily.
The complete physical craft of practice and teaching. You break down heat-building practices (vinyasa, ashtanga, rocket & hatha) and cooling practices (passive & active-release yin and restorative), with alignment points for every asana, hands-on assists, and the intelligent use of props.
You learn the different styles of pranayama and breathwork and their benefits, the road into inversions, modifications for common contraindications, sequencing for beginner, level 1, level 2 and all-levels classes, and adaptations for pre- & postnatal students. And you practice teach from day one.
How to actually hold a room, on and off the mat. Theming classes that land, mirroring, increasing and decreasing difficulty inside an all-levels room, and discovering the teaching style that is unmistakably yours.
Communication is trained like a muscle: refining your public speaking, vocal activation, anti-fragility, and nuance, so your voice carries presence, not nerves.
The heart of the Pure Living Method. You dissect the universal language of anatomy: misalignments and contraindications, the physiology of postures and sequences, the anatomy of pranayama, and how the nervous system and brain actually respond to practice.
A scientific approach to building strength and flexibility, including Functional Range Conditioning strategies so you understand what a practice is really doing, and can explain it.
Foundational yoga literature broken down (common misinterpretations included) alongside the history of yoga and its modern relevance. You learn to apply the yamas & niyamas, dharma & karma to the world you actually live in.
Plus the chakra system, dissecting the ego according to yoga philosophy, how to protect and share your energy, holding space on and off the mat, identifying your inner philosophy, and ceremonial practices.
The inner work most trainings skip. Deconstructing your inner shadows and the steps to heal them; transformational breathwork and meditation practices, including techniques for releasing past trauma.
Deconstructing the mind itself: default thinking patterns and how to build new, healthy neural pathways; mental and emotional triggers, psychosomatics, and the science of happiness, plus the science of connection & belonging, with tools to deepen connection with yourself and others. This is where trainees say the training changed their lives.
Leave ready to earn. The how-to of teaching public classes, private clients, and workshops; creating your pricing; building communities and collaborating; and the basics of business planning and marketing, without losing your integrity.
Then Ayurveda and natural medicinal practices for daily life: understanding the doshas and sequencing for them, kriyas, and self-care practices for the body.

A day in training
Every day moves through practice, study, teaching, and rest, with space in the middle to swim, nap, journal, or just watch the ocean. Training runs in five-day blocks with three full days off across the immersion, so integration is never rushed.
